How to send new order notifications directly to a Telegram account/group?
To connect a Telegram account
Any Telegram user that has been added as an agent will get new order notifications.
A user should interact with a shop-bot first.
Open your Dashboard and go to Users page.
Find the user you want to set as an Agent.
Click Set as agent button.
To connect a Telegram group
Every group user will be able to take orders and change their status.
Add a shop-bot to your group.
Send a command:
/start@USERNAME_OF_YOUR_SHOP_BOTOpen your Dashboard and go to Users page.
Find your group username.
Click Set as agent button.
