What is upsale?

Upsale - an add-on that allows setting up products that will be offered to the customer for purchase in the cart and during the checkout process.

How to set up upsale?

Open your Dashboard → go to the Add-ons page.

Enable Upsale add-on.

Add-on settings:

The number of products that will be offered in the checkout step - this setting limits the number of upsell items offered in the checkout step. For this setting to work you need to add a special step type Upsale products to the Checkout.

The number of products that will be offered in the cart menu - this setting limits the number of upsell items offered in the cart.

The number of products that will be offered when a new product added to the cart - this setting limits the number of upsell items offered right after the customer adds a product to the cart.

Show upsell offers in the cart - if enabled, upsell offers will be displayed in the cart.

Show upsell offers after adding a new product to the cart - if enabled, upsell offers will be displayed right after the customer adds a product to the cart.

Chance of showing additional upsell offers (in percents) - the first added product will always trigger upsell offers. This setting allows to decrease the frequency of additional upsell offers being showed.

How to add upsell offers?

💡 You can skip this and not add any upsell offers manually, then the system itself will calculate the most popular products based on the history of orders in your shop-bot.

✅ If you don't see the Upsale column, click ⚙️ Table Settings and enable the option.

Using Dashboard:

Go to Products page.

Choose a product you want to set up upsell offers for. Click the Edit button in the Upsale column.

Add products you want to upsell.
